These terms cover your use of Vinny, provided by Justin Adams ("we").

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity in your account. Only scan websites you own or have permission to test; we verify ownership before scanning.

Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Included credits reset each period and don't carry over; purchased credit packs last 12 months. We never charge more than your plan without your action. Cancel any time in your account; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. A full refund is available within 14 days of a payment.

What Vinny does and doesn't do

Vinny runs automated checks and AI assistance. Automated testing can't find every problem, and AI suggestions must be reviewed before use. Using Vinny doesn't by itself make a website compliant with any law or standard. The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will email customers about material changes.
